This is a 1993 Vivid Imaginations Thunderbirds Interactive Tracy Island Electronic Playset seen here with original vehicles. 

The sound functions work on the island itself. 

Thunderbird 1, Thunderbird 2, Thunderbird 3, and Lady Penelope's Car sounds all works. Also included here is  the Captain Scarlet figure, Thunderbird 4, and The Mole(they are nontalking)

Thunderbirds was a legendary long-running children's TV  program that was shown in the 60s and today it still has many fans and followers from around the world.
